Looking to remodel your kitchen or working on a new build? This package is ideal for you. What Is Schematic Design? Schematic design is a rough construction drawing that offers a general overview of a project's basic features and cost estimates of materials. This is for a kitchen based on up to 150 square feet.
This package includes:
- The Schematic Design; floor plan and wall elevation for material layout. Suggested lighing placement only. This is the road map for your contractor.
- Sourcing and suggested layout for these items: cabinetry, coountertop, cabinet pulls, wall tiles, floor tile, grout color, wall color, and fixture (faucet )
- MoodBoard with all the suggested materials.
- Cabinet source and Links to purchase all the items.
- The investment for these materials are based on your budget or your contractors materials budget.
Not Included:
- Purchasing of the materials and Project Management
Note: Your contractor will provide you with the square footage and quanity needed for any proposed materials .
