Looking to remodel your bathroom or working on a new build? This package is ideal for you. Do you need all of the pieces selected for you and a document with where all the materials should go. This is the package for you. What Is Schematic Design? Schematic design is a rough drawing that offers a general overview of a project's features and cost estimates.
This package includes:

• The Schematic Design; floor plan and wall elevation for material layout. This is the road map for your contractor.
• Sourcing and suggested placement of wall tiles, floor tile, grout color, wall color, fixtures (faucet and shower body), shower door and vanity
• Mood Board of all suggested materials.
• Shopping Links for you to make the purchases.

Not included:

• Purchasing of materials and project management

Note: Your contractor will provide you with the square footage and quanity needed for any proposed materials .

• $375 - 3D Rendering
• $675 - Accessories: Sourcing of Mirror, Lighting, Artwork, Shelving, Towel Bar and/or Hooks, Shower Curtain (if needed) Wallpaper options
